Thursday - 8 x 1 minute effort (off 1 minute jog)

A nice, short and sharp hit out this morning. Took the advantage of sleeping in, getting out just after 7am. Another smashing morning out there. 20 minute warm-up before completing the aforementioned session. Kept it controlled at all times, running each effort between 0.32-0.34km. Got the heart rate up to 174 beats per minute, demonstrating that the easy week has definitely had some benefits. The 5km cooldown at the end I had to hold back, as is always the case after one of these types of sessions. 14km all up.
