Thursday - 15km

Quite a warm one out there this morning, I did my best to get out there earlier than usual (in the end, it was about the same time as normal despite my best intentions). Felt quite good for a Thursday, no doubt helped by being relatively fresher than usual for this time of week following an extra rest day on Monday. Up to North Head (the council still have the path along Addison Road blocked off), with lots of sweat flicking off me with almost every arm swing. Got back home in 55:32 (3:42’s), not a bad effort at all in that heat. Time for a swim now!
