Thursday - 1, 2, 3, 4, 4, 3, 2, 1 (off 1 minute) (deep water running)

Another stunning morning out there today. Out there for my Thursday pyramid session, always a sharp and tough session that I actually really look forward to. Quite happy as I managed to get my heart rate up to 170 bpm for the final one minute effort - a new record for me throughout my deep water running adventures. Finished off with 15 lengths of Manly Cove. Was wondering why The Narrabeen ferry sat there docked at Manly Wharf during my entire session - I’ve just returned home to news headlines saying that the ferries were delayed due to fog this morning. To be honest, I wasn’t really paying attention, but it didn’t seem too bad from where I was? Rest day tomorrow!
