Sunday - Long Run

Quite a big turnout this morning with 10 of us heading out for the traditional Sunday long run. The pace was very conservative given that we had all raced yesterday. A beautiful morning to be out with friends taking in the best part of the day. Ran slightly beyond the two hour mark as Tom, Craig and myself went to The Trobodour (and we are still waiting for Macca to show up). 28.53km in 4:30's. Now time to out the feet up and enjoy a nice and relaxing Sunday!
