Sunday - 30km
I ventured outside Manly today for the long run. I met Scott at his place at Cremorne for a 7am start. We ran to Barts' place at Willoughby and then followed his lead. Not 100% sure where we went, but I do recall crossing Eastern Vallet Way twice. Also saw signs saying Castlecrag, Castle Cove - so I assume we ran around there somewhere. One thing I do know, it was bloody hilly! And the pace was definitely quicker than usual (which is a good thing, as I feel that I have slipped into running Sunday's slightly too slow). Headed back to Cremorne via North Sydney Oval for a solid 30km hilly run in 4:17's. Ready to get back into it next week after an easy week of 100km. Looking forward to it!
