Wednesday - 20km + strides

The rain was unavoidable this morning. It was there when I got out,mandnit absolutely poured down as I approached North Head. Then it cleared! Out for a solo run once again this morning. Just stuck to my now 'traditional' North Head loop. Felt ok, kept the pace nice and comfortable. 20km in 4:29's. Strides to finish off with.
