Monday - 2 sets of 7 x 90 seconds (off 30”) (2 mins between sets) (deep water running)

Slightly warmer out of the water this morning, but slightly cooler in. This is probably my favourite session of the week - short, sharp and intense. Felt good (once I warmed up) and was really able to go hard. Finished just before 7am, plenty of time for a lap with the B&B. Great way to start the week!
