Thursday - 1, 2, 3, 4, 3, 2, 1 minute efforts (off 1 min) (deep water running)

A pyramid set this morning, the first two efforts felt very short - especially with a full minute of recovery between (as opposed to the measly 30 seconds of Monday and Tuesday’s sets). But things became somewhat tougher from the 3 minute effort onwards! The four minuter was tough, but then the psychological knowledge of the reducing efforts helped pull me though (the best part of any pyramid session). A good solid session all up, followed by the usual B&B swim.
