Wednesday medium long run (20km) + 5 x 100m strides

The weather man was wrong again! It wasn't supposed to rain until later today! From about 5km onwards, I got drenched!!! Thought I was in for some respite a few kilometres later, only for it to get heavier. Then the wind came! Not nice at all. Other than that, felt surprisingly strong this morning, holding 4:17's at 131 beats per minute. Followed this by five strides on the grass just south of North Steyne SLSC. Good luck to everyone racing this evening in the JP Morgan CC!
