Really ignored all GPS cues this morning and ran purely on feel. The first 3km were slower than usual, just shy if 4:30's. The pace picked up to around 4:20's there after, and the heart rate came up slightly with it. But this was all by listening to how I felt, with no intention of picking up the pace. The perfect recovery run in the end, as I felt I could have easily have kept running. Very, very, very warm out there already - even along the ocean! 4:23's at 125 beats per minute. No strides, but some yoga and a swim!
