Wednesday - 20km + hill sprints

A great turnout for my least favourite run of the week. Ran to the pool to meet Robin, Ben, Justin, Jamie, Richard and Sam. Convinced everyone to avoid North Head (wanted to minimise any hills following yesterday), but surprisingly felt quite good today. Hung with Robin at the front as we ran a similar course as per Monday to Fairlight and return. By about 13km Robin and I were on our own. Just cruised along the beachfront to get the 20km up. 4:26's (237 watts). Hill sprints at Queenscliff weren't too bad following hills yesterday.
