Monday - 15km recovery + strides

Out for three easy laps along the beachfront. The aim was to keep the heart rate in the blue (easy) zone, which I managed to achieve when the monitor itself was reading correctly (which more often than not it didn’t this morning). Pace felt really slow and easy - probably how it’s meant to be. 4:56’s. Finished off with some strides.
