Wednesday - 20km recovery + strides

Out for a very easy few laps along the beachfront this morning, the only company along the way was bumping into Erika for about 5 minutes early on. A strong southerly wind made things half interesting. 20 km in 4:53’s, finishing off with some strides.

  1. I always recommend physical therapy, for a faster recovery.It's so beneficial to our physical and mental health. It's sad that people don't know how impactful undergoing physical therapy is, I have learned a lot from Preferred Rehab , check out the website!
