Monday - 16km easy + strides
Typical Monday morning, awesome weather after an ordinary weekend! Out by myself again, as per usual. Stayed along the beachfront this morning as I was a bit sore from the weekend, and I am doing a hills session tomorrow morning. 4:29's. Strides next to North Steyne SLSC.
