Tuesday - 8 x 1 km (off 1’)

Pretty horrible conditions out there once again this morning. A warm northwesterly wind made the 24 degrees feel hotter than it really was. A big turn out this morning with Emma, Erika and Ben all showing up. We started just after 5:45am, right as we witnessed an awesome looking sunrise. The reps were slower than usual (thanks to the conditions); 3:17, 3:22, 3:23, 3:20, 3:24, 3:26, 3:24 and 3:22 (averaging 3:22’s). The effort was definitely there, so I can’t be too disappointed with that. A nice and easy cool-down with Ben before we bumped into Darren. Just over 17 km all up.
