Monday - 70 minutes

A late night realisation that my car battery was flat meant I could sleep in this morning! Not a bad compromise. So sleep in I did, waking up at the leisurely time of 7:20am. It was foggy this morning, which lifted about halfway through the run uncovering a beautiful winter's day (hard to believe that it is actually the middle of winter). The downside is that it is Monday! Typical! Anyway, a nice and cruisy loop around Nolan's, Passmore and golf course - where I bumped into Macca and had a runny buddy for a kilometer or two - then back along the beachfront for two laps. Too irresistible to run elsewhere. 15.63km in 4:28's.
