Easy Friday (10km)

First run in almost two weeks where I actually felt good again! The last two weeks have felt relatively flat, but have somehow managed to keep the consistency going. Nevertheless, today was only short and easy - so not a true test per se. 4:11's at 126 beats per minute. A bit of yoga, and steering well clear of the ocean for the next few days.
