Back to reality today. Felt flat as, probably a combination of Monday-itis, soreness from the weekend's runs, ordinary weather, and taking a look at this week's training program (dreading it - looks intimidating)! Continued on with my resolution from Friday in ensuring that my easy runs remain easy. 4:25's at a very low 121 beats per minute. Finished off with some strides, just managing to avoid the rain - didn't dodge the strong southerly - both of which seem to have now subsided.
