Sunday - Two hours
A relatively mild morning, meeting up with Robin, Justin, Scotty, Ben, Craig and Toby for the traditional Sunday long run. A few puddles here and there following the down pour last night. Felt fairly average for the first half, but progressively woke up in the back half, ending up finishing strong with Scotty. Got 27.65km at 4:20's, so the last few kilometers were quite quick (not too sure how fast), as at Mt. Dee Why the average was 4:27's. Caught up for a good chat over coffee and breakfast at The Emporium with Craig and Justin - topics ranging from greyhounds to pork knuckles. Another solid week done and dusted, 115km. Playing with the idea of taking training back into my own hands in the not too distant future.
