Wednesday - 80 minutes

Slight sleep in this morning, joining Darren outside North Steyne SLSC at 6:30am. Took him around my Nolan's/golf course loop, which kills about 40 minutes. Ran towards Shelly before Darren's 60 minutes had elapsed. A solo 30 minutes (Darren had already run 10 minutes before I had met him) at the end, just sticking along the beachfront. Too cold and windy to venture towards the wharf and harbour. Ran into one of the Daddo brothers again when I finished, he was walking the do with his wife and daughter. Asked me all about my running and upcoming races. Really nice guy. 17.75km in 4:30's.
