Sunday - 30km

Quite a good turn out today, with Paul, Ben, Darren, Toby, Richard and Tim all out at some point or another. We all ran together to the up until the fire station, before Ben did some marathon pace training and picked the pace up to 4:00 min/km. I was happy to have none of it, so hung back with Darren while the others paced Ben. The trail reopened today, so we were able to run the traditional lap of the lake. Quite unbelievable how long the trail was closed for considering how little work was actually done! 30km in 4:24's. Just over 130km again this week, so going strong!
