Wednesday - 20km + strides

I met Justin and Ben at North Steyne SLSC at 6am for my least favourite run of the week. And it was raining! Took the first few kilometers really easy, as I was sore from yesterday's 1km reps. But as usual, around the 8km mark I started to warm-up and feel half decent. We did the Shelly-Fairlight loop, before heading back towards Ben's in Balgowlah via a lap of the golf course. Back home from Ben's solo for the final 3.5km for 20km all up in 4:30's. Did my strides up and down Malvern Ave (too much truck activity in Pine Lane).
