Monday - 15km

Nothing special this morning, which is not too unusual for a Monday morning. Admittedly the conditions were far from ideal, a warm-ish 22 degrees when I woke up, humid overcast skies, and a fairly moderate southerly wind. Couple that with th deconstruction of the Surfing Festival and I had all the ingredients for a slower run. Nevertheless, I actually felt quite strong, and if anything, I backed off the intensity ever so slightly. Out along the Shelly-Fairlight loop this morning, the weather keeping it quieter than usual. Got home in 56 flat (3:43’s), about exactly how I felt this morning.
