Tuesday - 15km
Autumn officially arrived this morning, with a beautiful crisp 15 degree sunrise accompaning me on my run. Felt okay this morning - nothing magic but then again nothing terrible. Up to North Head, and despite a council truck parking at the most narrow section of the footpath between Manly and Shelly Beach (I had to slow to a brief walk both times), it was a relatively uneventful run. Got back home just under 55 minutes (3:40’s), my fastest North Head run in a long time (I think my first sub-55 since early January), no doubt helped by the conditions. More of this is more than welcomed!
