Sunday - 30km
My timing was horrible today, managing a northerly headwind all the way up to Narrabeen, then turning around at much the same time as the wind to head back home straight into a southerly wind. To make matters worse, it was very humid once again (I’m drenched right now). Admittedly I didn’t feel amazing by any shot this morning, but I might put that down to the conditions. I decided to run a lap of the lake again this week, forgoing the tougher hilly coastal route. It was the right call in the end. Nevertheless, I got back in a half respectable time of 2:00:25 (4:01’s), just over a minute faster than last week. I’m really looking forward to more days like last Wednesday! Can’t be too long now!
