Tuesday - 15km

I felt quite good this morning, so up to North Head I went. According to the phone, the humidity was lower than usual - although I’m not too sure about that. Nevertheless, it was still quite warm with a moderately strong southwesterly wind. Not perfect conditions by any means, but a hell of a lot better than what is forecast for the next two mornings! My GPS underread the run this morning by 110m, finishing in the quite good time (conditions pending) of 55:43 (3:43’s). I’m happy enough with that, and it certainly felt easier than yesterday’s run. Bracing myself for the next two days of hell (heavy rain and strong winds)!
