Monday - 2 sets of 5 x 90 secs (off 30 secs), 2 mins easy between sets (deep water running)

Up nice and early (before sunrise) for my first official deep water running ‘session.’ On paper, it looked relatively benign, although I was slightly suspicious given that I’ve fallen into a false sense of security when confronted with similar sessions when running. Got out past the break just before sunrise and got into it. This was tough, but I loved it! The time actually flew by, and before I knew it I was 7am and I was done. Joined the B&B for a single lap afterwards. A great start to the day!
