Tuesday - 6 x 2:30min (off 30 secs) (deep water running)

Quite similar this morning, but tougher as the efforts were longer, yet the rest was the same. Furthermore, there was no break between any sets unlike yesterday. This was brutal, but once again, I really enjoyed it. A few concerned swimmers and ski paddlers checked my sanity as I was panting pretty loudly! Finished right on 7am to join the B&B swimmers for a lap.
