Monday morning run - 15km easy + 5 x 100m strides

15km recovery run this morning, dodging the predicted rain. Felt better with each 5km lap, averaging 4:27 min/km pace. Kept the heart rate in check ensuring it did not leave the designated 'easy' zone, averaging 128 beats per minute. Finished off with some strides to keep the legs stimulated, ready for another hard hit out tomorrow.
