Monday - 15km

That was a real struggle this morning. Almost pulled the pin after the first few kilometers. But somehow managed to 'warm-up' at the 8km mark (the start of the Fairfax Loop up at North Head). Just one of those days I guess. Cruised home for a supposedly easy and relaxed 15km in 4:26's. 240 watts!
