Friday - 20 minutes easy + strides

I usually don't run the day before a race, but Gary had put an easy 20 minutes down. I was initially sceptical, but had an easy 40 minutes last Friday and felt better on the Saturday session. So got up late and casually headed out the door to Shelly Beach and return. The GPS completely stuffed up again with no map. Even worse were the strides, not even registering! Fingers crossed it behaves tomorrow (not that it would be the end of the world though). Supposedly 4.48km in 4:28's. As always, I felt much better post strides.
