Friday cross-training - 60 minutes on the Concept 2
Back to the gym this morning, although the Achilles is feeling remarkably better. So much so, that I would rate it a 50/50 chance of returning to Centennial Park tomorrow morning for a session! Much faster than I had initially thought, fingers crossed. Had 60 minutes easy on the program this morning - so sat on the rower and did this instead. It's true, time does slow down when stuck on a machine in a gym. No wonder gym-junkies hate 'cardio' - they need to get outdoors and do proper cardio! 12.8km all up.
