Monday cross-training - 30 minutes rowing, 30 minutes cycling

I am regretting running yesterday, the Achilles pulled up sore today. Had hoped for 30 minutes on the Concept 2 then 30 minutes of running. Unfortunately I substituted the latter for a spin on the stationary cycle (the thought of another 60 minutes continuous on the rower made me feel ill). Although, each row is getting faster - 2:07/500m pace for 7.1km. 13.5km on the bike. Boring!!!
