Wednesday - 90 minutes easy + strides

A bit nervous this morning as to how the left-sided Achilles would hold up. The first few steps were not pleasant, but it progressively improved over the initial 5 minutes. It hung around the entire run, but just noticeable as opposed to pain per se. Met Darren, Ben and Emma early at 5:35am outside North Steyne SLSC and headed up to North Head (It's been a while). Another spectacular sunrise on this beautiful cold (although not as cold as yesterday) morning. The surf is definitely picking up, looking amazing from the vantage point along the Fairfax Loop. 19.77km at 4:33's. The GPS seemed to respond favourably to the factory reset yesterday. Let's see how long that lasts. Finished off with some flat strides in Pine Lane. The Achilles is not too happy now!
