Wednesday - 60 minutes easy

It's getting better everyday (Lennon, McCartney). The Achilles is still there, but much more in the background. The fact that it is becoming less pronounced each day is super encouraging. After a massive day at work/Uni yesterday, I opted for a later start this morning. Ran to North Head via as much of the Manly to Shelly route that is open at the moment. Four Fairfax Loops, then back home. 13.75km all up, holding 4:22's. 134 heart rate. Attempting a controlled half session tomorrow - looking forward to it!
