Wednesday - 60 minutes + strides

A relative short one this morning for a Wednesday. Met Justin and Ben outside North Steyne SLSC before jogging to the lagoon entrance to meet Erika, Tom and Robin. They were keen for the Allambie Loop, so off they went - leaving myself, Justin and Robin to run along the beachfront. Nice option in the end, as I felt slightly flatter than usual last Thursday post-Allambie. More importantly though, I only had an hour of running - which wouldn't have seen me complete the loop. So a nice run to Shelly, up to Fairlight and back for 13.3km in 4:33's. Finished off with some strides as per usual.
