Happy days, feeling better again this morning. Really have had to adjust to the extra mileage by ensuring I get enough kilojoules throughout the day. I well and truly made sure that this was the case last night via an abundance of couscous (couscous aux sept legume to be precise - homemade of course, and yes, there are plenty of left overs)! Got the session completed in 15:28, fastest since pre-Gold Coast, and only the third time ever under 15:30. Ran a solid 9.2km cooldown for 17km all up. Another easy 8km is planned between clients this afternoon.
8km recovery this afternoon in 37:19, 4:40 min/km pace.
