Monday morning recovery - 15km easy + 5 x 100m strides

Felt better than usual this morning following the long run of the previous day. Heart rate monitor went into spasm today, so only got intermittent readings. I now trust myself effort-wise, so held a consistent and very comfortable pace. Ended up averaging 4:24 min/km pace. Finished off with some strides on the grass.
