Christmas Day - 15km + 1km ocean swim

Felt great this morning! Don't know if it was the ocean swim I did yesterday afternoon (my first in a few years) or my massive omelette for lunch! Anyway, just stuck to my usual loop for one last time today. Fantastic morning! 3:53's at 270 watts. Felt much easier than yesterday as well! Got home, put the wetsuit back on, then swam solo from North Steyne (out the front of my place) down to Manly. That's twice in less than twenty-four hours. I'm becoming a fish! Merry Christmas! Time to start eating!!!
