It's amazing what some good nutrition can do. Felt so much better today after totally mixing up my meals yesterday, as well as increasing the quantity. Almost effortless out there this morning. Just stuck to the usual 15km loop, 4:14's at 250 watts. Will take a rest day tomorrow before more of the same on the weekend. Want to keep my mileage to around 90km this week, so there will unlikely be any long run this weekend.
