Wednesday - still 15km, but different

Massive crew this morning, just like the old days. Joined Tom, Sam, Richard Banks, Quentin, Justin and Darren outside Queenscliff SLSC at 6:15am ready for kickoff. Ran to North Head via a heap of random trails that I had never seen before. Back down the hill and about to pull off when we passed Pine St, but decided to keep going to get out the 15km. A bit OCD I know. Still feeling very ordinary though - perhaps I need some more carbohydrates. 4:36's at 233 watts.
