Monday - 15km recovery + strides

Up a bit earlier than usual for a Monday morning, and I was glad for it as I bumped into Erika and then Sam - so plenty of company. I actually felt surprisingly good this morning, meaning that those one minute efforts from Saturday likely only leave 24 hours of residual soreness. Ran the usual Shelly-Fairlight loop, finishing in 4:31’s at 121 bpm. Pace is getting a lot quicker while maintaining the same low heart rate, which is very positive. Finished with some strides.
