Monday - 15km

Monday is the new Thursday for me - always a bit sore and fatigued following Sunday’s long run. Today was definitely better than last Monday though. A fairly warm start with some cloud cover, although the sunrise was a spectacular red over the horizon (quite a few people were capturing it on their phones). Out along the Shelly-Fairlight loop today. Finished in 59:30 (3:58’s), not a bad run at all for a Monday morning.
