Let's try again this week (15km easy + strides)

Bloody humid out there this morning! Terrible night's sleep try to get some shut eye in a furnace. It was made even worse following a blackout from 8pm until about 1030pm last night. Out solos for three laps, feeling better than yesterday. 4:14's felt fine! Finished with some strides, again, feeling much stronger and more coordinated than seven days earlier. The goal this week is to simply complete the sessions - pace is secondary!
