Saturday - 20 minutes easy + strides

Arguably the biggest sleep-in I have ever had! Went to bed just after 9:30pm last night and woke up just after 8:30am this morning! Slept like a baby! Just a very light 20 minutes this morning. Felt better every kilometer, feeling ready to race by the end. Got 4.62km in 4:20's. Strides on the flat to finish off down Pine Lane, before a walk down to Brezel Bar for a loaf of 100% rye bread. For the first time in ages, I am actually excited about racing! One more sleep!
