Wedensday - 40 minutes easy + hill strides

A massive luxury of a taper week is the sleep ins the accompany it. Got up at the leisurely hour of 6:50am. It was bright sunshine! An easy 40 minutes along the beachfront. The GPS continues to stuff up, the first 6km on Strava were the exact same pace with no elevation. Also, what it shows on the map is not where I ran. Nevertheless, got out 8.94km at 4:29's. Finished at Raglan St for the usual hill strides. Now off for a massage!
