Wednesday medium long (20km) + strides

Plan was to really take it easy this morning, which I largely adhered to. A combination of feeling somewhat flat for the past half week, along with a progressive trend of increasing the pace of my easy runs led to this decision. Good day for it, especially after finally attempting the Coogee to Bondi walk after 29 years yesterday afternoon. Went out nice and slow, the first 5km never really venturing under 4:30's. Purely ran in feel from here on in. Saw Macca coming out of water after the early B&B swim, followed by Tom, Ben & Jamie running north a lap later. All up, 4:22's at a nice and relaxed 122 beats per minute. Strides, yoga, and jump into the ocean!
