Monday - 16km easy + strides

Very warm this morning! The first few strides out the door felt ordinary, but within a few minutes everything came online. Solo this morning, so ran to the lagoon followed by the North Head loop. 16km in 4:31's. Did my strides on the grass just north of North Steyne SLSC - much better option than Pine Lane.
