Friday run - 10km easy

Nice and easy this morning for two glorious laps of Queenscliff to Shelly & return. Amazingly beautiful morning, albeit quite warm. Kept the heart rate nice and low, averaging 124 beats per minute. Pace evened out at 4:29 min/km. Hopefully it won't be too warm tomorrow morning out at Homebush!
