Monday morning run - 15km easy + 5 x 100m strides

Out for 3 easy laps of the Queenscliff to Shelly Beach & return loop. Felt slightly harder effort-wise, then I realised I was probably running slightly too fast. First few kilometres were around 4:10 min/km pace, so made a concerted effort to hold back as the run progressed. Guess it was perhaps due to the fact that I didn't have a tired 30km in my legs from yesterday. Averaged 4:15 min/km pace at 130 beats per minute. Finished off with some strides.
